Ministries

Cornerstone Church Phnom Penh is a spirit-filled, warm community where members share both their time and talents. We believe in a shared approach to ministry and this offers you an opportunity to become familiar with the various ministries within our church family. We invite you to consider serving where you can have fun and grow spiritually, at a commitment level where you feel comfortable.

If you have not been involved before or are looking for some other ministry opportunity, we invite you to consider sharing your gifts by contacting either the various ministry team leaders or one of its members. We advise that each person in the Cornerstone Church community become involved in at least one ministry per year. Please take some time for thought and prayer to see where the Lord may be leading you to get involved.

“Making a Difference : Make Disciples”

For all ages. Small group discipleship is the heart of Cornerstone to bring the lost to Christ and help him to grow in his faith and walk in following Christ with the help of a small group in line with the church missions, "Cornerstone Church, Phnom Penh exists to make disciples of all nations who will love the Lord wholeheartedly and be committed to following Jesus who will become disciplers for God's glory" - Matthew 28:19-20 and to see the disciples be transformed by God. We encourage everyone to be joining their own small groups.

“Beyond The Weekend Daily Devotional”

We want to provide daily devotional for you all in connection with the preaching every Sunday.

Beyond the weekend is a platform for us to understand and digest more the Sunday preachings. We encourage you in your time with the Lord (Chair Time) to spend time using beyond the weekend materials from Monday to Friday during the week.

It is our prayer that that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. (Colossians 1:9b-10).

“Kids Matter to Jesus”

For all children. We are reaching out children and help them to know, worship and serve God. In Matthew 19:14, “But Jesus said, "Let the children alone, and do not hinder them from coming to Me; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” We minister to them once a week every Sunday at 10:30 to 12:00 at Cornerstone Sunday School.

“Empowering Villagers”

The organization is the church arm for church planting ministry that aims to build a solid foundation in the communities of Cambodia specifically, by raising godly professional leaders through our campus work, and by producing developed villages through our church planting and sustainable community development initiatives. We envision to see empowered individuals and villages capable of helping themselves by providing short term and long term projects with a pilot project in Kampong Chhnang province.

“Bringing the Gospel to Remote Places of Cambodia”

Evangelism and outreach - reaching out the unreached villages to plant a church within the community to establish a core Christian group.

RAILROAD, PHNOM PENH

Railroad Ministry is reaching out to the children and eventually their families through the weekly program by the railroad. Empowering children’s ministry through literacy, we teach Bible stories and Christian songs, teach English lessons, arts/crafts and serve simple snack and others.
