For all ages. Small group discipleship is the heart of Cornerstone to bring the lost to Christ and help him to grow in his faith and walk in following Christ with the help of a small group in line with the church missions, "Cornerstone Church, Phnom Penh exists to make disciples of all nations who will love the Lord wholeheartedly and be committed to following Jesus who will become disciplers for God's glory" - Matthew 28:19-20 and to see the disciples be transformed by God. We encourage everyone to be joining their own small groups.  Evangelism and Discipleship Movement is a clear way to understand where we are going in our evangelism and discipleship movement.

PHASE 1: START-UP

In this phase we pray:

•To build a relational environment and be a witness.
•To create belongingness and a safe environment.      
•To pray, care and share 
•To organize a regular one on one or small group meetings.
•To see believers opening their houses to dorm students, co-workers, etc. for a meal.

PHASE 2: EMPOWERMENT

In this phase we pray:

•That God will raise new facilitators who are faithful, available and teachable.
•To empower the small group disciples to continue following Jesus.
•To empower facilitators to pursue God and help them be effective in discipleship ministry.
•To empower facilitators to train new facilitators.

PHASE 3: EQUIP

In this phase we pray:

•To multiply our impact for eternity.
•To equip the saints for the work of ministry.
•To equip the saints for building up the body of Christ.
•To equip facilitators

PHASE 4: MOVEMENT

In this phase we pray:

•To provide additional essential trainings for EDM. 
•To help realize CC mission and vision.
•To start a new campus/es or outreaches. 
•To provide an opportunity for every follower of Jesus in evangelizing and discipling Cambodia, Indochina and beyond.
